Fee Structure

At Sophie's Travel Boutique, we’re here to make planning your trip easy, stress-free, and enjoyable! Our professional planning fee is based on a few things like:

How many people are traveling
Where and when you're going
How many stops or destinations are involved
What kind of travel experiences you're looking for (like tours, cruises, or custom plans)

This fee covers our travel knowledge, personalized planning, expert advice, and support every step of the way — so you don’t have to spend hours searching online or wondering if you're making the right choices.

Non-Refundable Planning Fee Overview

Starts at $150 for domestic, cruise, or all-inclusive vacations
Starts at $100 per person for international or multi-stop trips
(Non-Refundable fees may vary depending on the complexity and number of destinations)

Concierge Services

If you need help planning extras, like activities or dinner reservations, without booking your stay through us, we charge $75 per day or per activity
Any research conducted outside of a trip booked by STB will be charged $27 per hour

Changes & Cancellations

If you need to make changes after booking, there’s a minimum $150 fee, plus any charges from airlines or suppliers
(No fee if changes are out of your control, like a flight schedule change)
If you cancel your trip, there’s a $50 per person fee, plus any cancellation fees from airlines or travel providers

Airline Ticketing Fees

(Air is only booked along with accommodations)

Domestic flights: $50 per ticket
International flights: $100 per ticket
